I work with athletes, not on them.

I'm here to help you confidently take ownership of your training, recovery, rehab, and wellness. No lifelong dependency. Just performance, on your terms.

What we'll incorporate.
Education
I’ll help you understand how your training, lifestyle, and recovery work together to shape your performance.
Analysis and interpretation
I’ll teach you how to make effective decisions using both objective data from your wearables and subjective insight from your daily experience.
Personalized strategies
I’ll show you how to integrate your newfound knowledge on training, recovery, and wellness into a personalized blueprint for long-term success.

What we'll focus on.
The 4 pillars of resilience and life-long performance.
1
Training & Periodization
My goal is to teach you how to build a smarter program, not just a harder one.
Program design and periodization can seem complex, but when done well, they’re actually fairly simple.
Great training comes down to two key elements:
A well-structured program tailored to your specific goals
The ability to utilize both objective and subjective data to know when modifications are necessary
If your program isn’t driving your desired adaptations, or if you can’t accurately judge when to modify training load, frequency, or intensity, you’ll likely end up chronically overtrained or undertrained.
2
Recovery Optimization
Recovery is about doing less, not more.
Yet most athletes assume they’re doing too little, when in reality, they’re often doing too much. This misunderstanding leads to performance plateaus and stalled progress. Adaptation can't happen when your recovery starts to look like your training.
Effective recovery hinges on two things:
Understanding how different stressors impact each system involved in performance
Using key metrics and body signals to know when to adjust your routine or strategy
You’ll learn how each system contributes to recovery, how to assess readiness, and how to make informed decisions. You'll be able to stop guessing, and start actually recovering and progressing.
3
Injury Management
In most cases, you can train through or around pain and injury without major setbacks.
Injury management isn’t about stopping everything. It’s about learning how to modify your training intelligently.
Effective injury navigation depends on three key skills:
Identifying the likely source of pain
Estimating the severity of the issue
Using strategic load management based on the affected structure(s) to support rehab while maintaining performance where possible
If you’re constantly flaring symptoms or fully shutting down training, you’ll stay stuck in a cycle of injury with little real progress.
4
Wellness & Lifestyle
Performance doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It reflects your lifestyle and habits outside of training.
Successful athletes manage training and life together by:
Creating sustainable habits that support consistency
Adapting behaviors to meet changing demands
If your lifestyle constantly clashes with your training — whether through poor sleep, unmanaged stress, erratic routines or poor nutrition — you’ll eventually plateau or break down.
My goal is to help you build sustainable routines and habits that support your training and performance ambitions over the long term.

Who is this for.

Value education and research-backed strategies
Want to take ownership of their performance and develop new skills
Are navigating plateaus, burnout or recurrent injuries
Are tired of cycling through coaches and providers
Are ready to invest in themselves and their long term health, wellness and performance
Not ideal for athletes who:
Are not interested in an active learning process
Prefer a passive experience where they’re simply told what to do
Are content to not maximize their health, wellness and performance
Prefer to rely on coaches or providers indefinitely
Are not yet ready to invest in themselves
What to expect.

Pricing.
Every athlete is required to have an initial consultation.
Two packages are then available: one which includes custom strength and conditioning programming, and one which does not.
Packages are purchased in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month blocks based on what we decide makes the most sense for your goals during the initial consultation.
